Code of Ethics

  • FMC Australia guarantees the confidentiality of all information supplied by its clients.

  • FMC Australia will serve only those philanthropically supported institutions or agencies whose purpose and methods it can approve.

  • FMC Australia will not knowingly be used by an organisation to induce philanthropically inclined persons to give their money to unworthy causes.

  • FMC Australia will conduct business only on a specified fee basis determined prior to the commencement of services including campaign management; not on the unprofessional basis of a percentage or commissions related to funds raised.

  • FMC Australia will not directly or indirectly profit from disbursements paid, or arrangements undertaken for production of work on any client's behalf.

  • FMC Australia will not use methods harmful to the client such as making exaggerated claims of past achievements, guaranteeing results or promising unachievable targets.
